You know what your calling is.

You know what your values are.

But…

Every time you try to level up your life and grow your ministry, business, or program you feel like you’re beating your head against the wall. You’re stuck and can’t seem to make the progress you want or expect.

I feel you.

I’ve been there.

I’m realized that being stuck is often due to your relationship with your dream. Your dream becomes about what you can do. For the world. For others and for God. You pray “God bless this” but you stop asking God about His plan. You forget that you are part of His plan. You forget the part of Jesus’s prayer that says, ‘Thy will be done.”

You’re stuck because you can’t grow anymore without God.

Prior to being a Christian life coach, I was a Business Coach. I steered away from the messy parts of people, like emotions, and focused on goals and strategy. I put all I had into this, but I couldn’t make it work.

The more I strived the worse it got until God put the brakes on Business Coaching. I couldn’t coach without not only including Him but making Him my only focus.

This changed everything.

It forced me to take the time to admit and work through what was causing my rebellion and disobedience to God. This showed up as not wanting to change my plan or my dream.

It took a lot of prayer, coaching and counseling to see what was holding me back.

I thought I was done with that “type” of work and dreaded starting it again.

Once I committed to do the work and began to obey there was a monumental shift in my focus helping me to surrender it all to Him. Like you, I had the right intentions. I wanted to help people. I wanted to make Him proud. But I took my eyes off Him.

These days doing this “type” of work I love instead of loath it. I now see it as a daily opportunity to grow closer to God and become more like Him. When I do that, He does amazing things in and through me! This is what lead me to become a Christian Life Coach.

I’m passionate about helping you get unstuck. So to start that, below are three important things that God has taught me about how to level up my life.

(1) You Don’t See the Whole Picture:

You have a dream board. You know who your tribe is. You have your goals. You have all the “things” in place that the world tells you you need. But God has the whole picture. He knows what you really need. He wants you to come to Him with your plan – discuss it with Him or better yet plan with Him. He wants to be part of the doing in your day-to-day life. Not just the being in your morning prayers or quiet time. He wants a full relationship with you. He wants all of you. He wants to show you the part of the picture you need to see to make sure that you are working in concert with Him and not against Him.

(2) You Are a Piece of the Puzzle:

Your calling is important. your ministry, business, or program.  It is not the only thing that matters. You can get puffed up when you have success and forget that you are important and needed BUT you are one piece of the puzzle. You need help. You need to see others dreams and how they make fit with yours. You need to get off the island. And the opposite is also true – your piece matters greatly. God needs you to step-up to do it if you don’t you will impact others’ dreams.

(3) It’s a Puzzle for a Reason:

If God told you everything that would happen in your lifetime, all that you’d have to go through and all that you would have to change about yourself at one time – your head would explode. He knows what you need to know. He knows what you can handle. As much as you want to know His plan in full He shows you want you can handle.

My prayer is that one or all of the above change your perspective and compel you to make changes in your life. In your attitude and perspective.
