A Prayer For Tenacity
Many times tenacity is hard to find. You have to dig deep. Prayer helps you to find and build up God given tenacity from within. Below is an expert from my book “God’s Warrior” which includes a prayer for tenacity to help you find it again.
I will NOT give up.
I will NOT quit.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, – Hebrews 12:1
Lord, the hope you planted in my heart will not give up. It may get tired. It may get weary. It may fall. It may temporarily fail. It may lose a battle. But it keeps going. It endures. Its hope is in you. You are faithful. You have overcome this world. And above all, you love me. Thank you for the hope you have given me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
